Business Proposal

Hello,

This is a request to raise capital for a new company called Best Pal, based in Cyprus, Europe.

We'll offer teletherapy sessions from the comfort of our home, covering areas such as coaching, counseling, and therapy for mental matters. We'll also be developing software for mental matters.

We'll be 8 employees, 6 mental health professionals, 1 Full-stack Web developer, and a secretary. 

The next step is to hire four more mental health professionals and one more Full-stack developer and if all goes well, we'll hire more people.

Considering that mental matters are a female matter and supporting women in the workplace, the mental health professionals will be female, and the secretary too. 

We initially in need of around 25000 Euros per month, that can eventually, as we grow as a company can go up to 50000 Euros per month. Initially, salaries will be 1500 Euros per month, but eventually, I want us all to receive generous compensation of  3K per month.

50% of the company ownership and voting powers goes to each of the co-owners, but the employees are going to have a say. 10% of the net profits goes to the employees, 40% of the net profits go to the co-owners and and 50% of the remaining net profits go to the the company's bank account and needs.

We already have a platform for teletherapy (bestpal.com) and a small Web therapy tool (cognitivebehavioraltherapy.eu).

I'll be the Lead software developer and already have all the necessary technological equipment and the essential software and hardware infrastructure (our servers are on the cloud). The rest of the employees don't need much, a laptop and a smartphone are enough.

Web teletherapy doesn't have a lot of money, but software has. In their free time, the women will assist with their knowledge and research the software developers into developing top-notch and exceptional Web apps that sell for millions of euros or generate substantial income through monthly or lifetime

subscriptions. A monthly subscription could sell anywhere from 5 to 25 Euros and a lifetime subscription could sell for 100 Euros or more.  

Initial plans include advancing our Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) tool available at cognitivebehavioraltherapy.eu.

Advertisement is cheap, especially on Facebook. For 150 Euros per month, our ads can reach up to 50,000 persons per month. Imagine what we can do with an advertising budget of 50,000 to 100,000 per year!

Our clients for the teletherapy sessions include the 3/4 of the world where the time zone suits ours and we can sell the software anywhere in the world.

We'll be looking for employees mainly on LinkedIn via headhunting agencies or other online venues.
